Ashok PG provides professionally managed PG accommodation in Kharadi, Pune. Room allocation is subject to availability.

2. Booking & Confirmation

Booking confirmation may require advance payment or token amount. Booking details will be shared at the time of confirmation.

3. Payments

Rent and security deposit terms will be communicated before move-in. Payment methods may include cash, bank transfer, or approved digital methods.

4. Security Deposit

Refund of security deposit, if applicable, will be processed after room inspection and clearance of dues, subject to deduction for damages if any.

5. House Rules

• Residents must maintain cleanliness and discipline.
• Any damage to property must be reported immediately.

• Guests may be subject to prior approval.

6. Cancellation Policy

Booking cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of reservation. Refund eligibility depends on notice period and agreement terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ashok PG is not responsible for loss of personal belongings. Residents are advised to keep valuables secured.
